What type of cards are accepted?

We accept card with a Mastercard or Visa symbol. *Please note that if you are ordering from overseas, there may be additional charge.

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is fixed at $5.90. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you gave within 4-10 working days.

During checkout, you can change the delivery address or add a new one.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as we ship your parcel, we will send you an email containing the shipping details as well as a link to track your parcel.

You will also be able to track your parcel under "My Orders" at My Account.

Some of my items have not arrived. What do I do?

If your parcel has arrived but is missing 1 or more items, contact us through phone to inform us about the error made.

Once confirmed, we will immedietly send the missing item to you without charging for delivery. Your new parcel will be delivered to the delivery address give within 4-10 working days.

Can I return my item and get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return you item within 30 days of purchase and we will offer you a full refund.

We will only offer a full refund, provided that the items are returned in the same condition as they were during the purchase. This means the items should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed. The reciept recieved upon purchase must also be presented if you want to attain the full refund.

How do I return the item?

You can return an item by following these steps:

1. Print and fill out a Return Form

2. Place the return form together with the item(s) that you wish to return in a suitable bag/box.

3. Ship the package you want to return to ______________.

How long will it take to get the refund?

Once the return is verified, we will refund the money back to you within 2 days. If the return is rejected, the package will be returned to you.
